Staff Bio’s

Andy | Chief Editor
When not at work supporting Live Broadcast, Studios and Post Production for a global leader in Sports Media, he can often be found walking about a forest in Gods own back garden; Wales snapping rally cars. A man of many talents, as well as being a photographer Andy handles all of the design for Xlerate, in addition to this he's been trying to get his 1970 MK1 Escort back on the road for what seems like a lifetime.
Brian | Aka The Site Watchman
When not having a dirty weekend away in his 4x4, he's the man behind the scenes keeping his watchful eye on the Xlerate server ensuring that it continues to weeerrr away in the data center, he also comes to rescue when things go wrong, more often than not when Andy has done something he shouldn't have. If you want to get online with a website, Brian is the man to sort you out.
Stuart | Photo-Journalist
Stuart is an all around car guy and can often be found snapping at Shelsley Walsh, Prescott or Loton; Stuart joined Xlerate for the 2018 season as our resident Hill Climb guy, he has a creative way with processing photographs and produces images which stand out from the norm offering something different. He's also just started getting into stage rallying after catching the bug at the 2017 Roger Albert Clark Rally.
Neil | Aka “Simmo” | Formula 1 & BSB Correspondent
Former motorsport press officer. When not writing about racing, he can be found writing about other things or designing games. Lifelong McLaren, Aston Martin and Ducati fan, loves copious amounts of tea (the odd spiced rum and cola), music…especially Fleetwood Mac. Soon to be married, owned by a cat.
